Abstract: This article outlines the authors’ preoccupation for the research of short-term statistics particularities. There are defined: the short-term statistics, the main characteristics of infra-annual statistical researches, the implementation of integrated short-term statistical research, aspects regarding the application of the sampling method in the realization of shortterm integrated research.
