Abstract: Territorial statistical series were and are used to analyze phenomena depending on space or place where they are produced, having a special importance at macroeconomic level. In our opinion, to understand how the local series are very helpful, we have to know the system of indicators, the methodology for calculating the indices as a measure of phenomena variability and possibilities/issues related to graphical representation.
