Abstract: The term "ADR" incorporates procedures and techniques to solve conflicts amicably. These alternative ways of solving conflicts have emerged as a reaction to the inefficiency of traditional methods of conflict resolution. Basically, alternative methods of conflict resolution includes all methods of fighting the conflict outside the courtroom, ADR methods the alternative to justice. They not restrain but access to justice, if conflict resolution is not possible on their way, remains open the possibility to initiate or continue legal actions. This article attempts an overview of these methods to a better understanding of these data.
