Abstract:
The current context of economic development and the constant changes faced by organizations, both nationally and internationally, impose us a change of attitude as far as the way of their work is concerned. If the past is characterized by the quantitative aspect, the present is marked by the qualitative view of products, particularly of services where the quality is difficult to be quantified. In the category of services for individuals and society needs the health care is primeval as it is indispensible and irreplaceable .This work aims at highlighting the theoretical aspects of health care management and development of hospitals influence on service quality to patients. It focuses on finding measures for a continuous quality improvement, probably the most debated subject at national and international level in the last years.
