Abstract: The intangible capital of a country not only represents the main component of the national wealth but also the most important source of development competitiveness and sustainability. The intensity of the intangible capital accumulation constitutes itself an indication of the success of the development strategies. The impact of the formation rhythm and of the national wealth structure on the sustainability degree of the development may be outlined with the help of the genuine saving indicator.
