Abstract:
In this study, the authors intends to approach the concept of quality management at credit institutions as consisting of placing the client in the centre of the units activity and the suborordination of all activities to the imperative to fully satisfy him. These are also presented the conditions involves in fulfilment of the imperatives of total quality programme of European credit institutions.
