Abstract: The succession of the crises back in the years '90, in Mexico, followed by Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, continuing with Russia, Turkey, Brazil and the last but not the least, Argentina, let many analysts to allege that these financial crises are an inevitable result of the globalization. The issue behind this analysis consists actually of the fact that, due to this phenomenon, the financial management problems became more critical.
