Abstract: Subjectivity awarded to the trading company manifests itself in accordance with legal capacity, of assessing the Bill recognized to have rights and obligations. As regards the content of capacity is one generic company, consisting in the possibility of having any rights and obligations, apart from those which, by their nature or according to law may not belong only to individuals.
