Abstract: Present work briefly presents the important role that it plays in the approach work supply manufacturers to produce products and services that meet the relevant requirements of the beneficiaries of these products in terms of quality aspects; therefore, the work insists from the beginning on the duties they are acquisition activity of production means, then entering the specific issue in depth quality assurance in procurement processes, such as the correct identification of the product specifications provided, their qualifications in terms of specifications for purchasing and further the potential suppliers certification will become business partners of the buyer.
