Abstract: Our purpose in this research is to conduct an analysis of the accordance between the working climate and work practices under safety conditions within the hospital facilities. In order to achieve this, there has been used data gathered following an opinion query. By using the multinomial logistic regression pattern the results have shown that even if the respondents would develop their activity in an environment that would protect them, under safety conditions, they would still be unsatisfied with their working climate.
