Abstract: Nullity is a civil penalty retroactively abolishing a contract in violation of provisions The law provided for the conclusion available. However, there are situations in which, although the contract / legal document is void and is recognized as valid in whole or in part. These rules have value principles of law that removes the effects of nullity.
