Abstract: This paper presents an application of social media marketing of a higher educational institution. Performance of higher educational institutions on social media and social media marketing usage, have as a goal improving their business operations, the credibility and implementation of the student relationship management concept. This paper presents student relationship management model of a higher educational institution on social media. It describes social media marketing implementation, specifically for social networks, as well as a model of social media metrics. The main aim of this paper is to improve the process of student relationship management, and emerging brand of the Laboratory for e-business by applying social media marketing.
