Abstract: The most visible side of the organizational culture includes artificial physical products, behavioural artificial products, verbal artificial products, heroes, actors and prospects offered to the members of an organization. The invisible side of the organizational culture which however has a major role in promoting the concrete organizational culture is represented by the basic conceptions and the values promoted by the top management of the company. Thus, all the collective beliefs, values and norms will represent the core culture which, in successful companies, is based on performance, innovation, responsibility, integrity, customer care, team work etc. The way in which the top management get involved in the progress of the organizational culture is analysed in the case of a successful company.
