Abstract: In this paper, the authors focus on the capital investments that were made in the Romanian economy. In the article, measures are proposed, that are supposed to be able to increase the investments, as the capital in-flows are more than likely to support the development of the Romanian economy, more important in the recovery period, following the full impact of the economic-financial crisis. This is also true for any national economy in Europe. The research includes an analysis based on indicators, such as the number of countries developing investments in Romania, the number of companies established with foreign capital.
