Abstract: Eximbank direct empowerment group analysis as administrator of financial instruments provided by the Managing Authorities under the Operational Programmes of Romania 2014 – 2020 is one of the options provided by the EU Regulation 1303 of the current 2013 financial data the Export – Import Bank of Romania as well and solvency indicators (situated at a high level) accounted together for portfolio diversification of financial products designed to assist national economy, important factors in designating this institution as a financial intermediary of European funds that will be allocated as financial instruments.
