Abstract: To highlight the natural resources attracted to the economic circuit, a number of indicators are calculated such as the value of the land fund, the total agricultural area, the mineral resources and other indicators which, by quantifying, give a precise expression of the resources available to a country. The authors have also focused on presenting the indicators of spiritual resources as they are a component of national wealth that has a great influence on the level and pace of the development of an economy. The authors express this view because they are expressed mainly by the degree of training, the scientific research capacity, the scientific, cultural and artistic values of a nation. Spiritual resources influence the capacity of economic activity and give their level of presentation and influence in the production activity. Last but not least, the authors focus and express in detail the elements that concern the environment. Ensuring the natural resources necessary for the national economy and raising the quality of life requires efforts to protect the environment. The environment is, in fact, the expression of the economic environment in which a country operates. There are a number of indicators that express the quality of the environment and here we can mention the indicators of environmental investments, environmental indicators that can characterize the sources of pollution as well as the measures for limiting or eliminating these polluting perspectives. There are other indicators that give real expression in relation to the environment, its value and its quality.
