Analysis of the labor market in the Member States of the European Union

Abstract: In this article, the authors undertake a detailed analysis of the labor market in the Member States of the European Union. We know that through the European Union directive the movement of persons and labor between the countries of the European Union is free. The European Union has drawn up a strategy to ensure better workforce training, an outlook for job creation and, at the same time, the possibility of ensuring a wage and earnings system as high as possible possibly balanced in the member countries. Analyzing the Community budget reserved for the labor force, concrete aspects are provided to ensure a strengthening of the labor market in the next period. The EU strategy also foresees an increase in the number of jobs in line with market developments and skills by training and retraining of the workforce. The article analyzes the workforce, unemployment, wage growth and labor costs, as well as the minimum wage on the economy. An interesting aspect is the increase in investments, in which the quality of the labor force and the more active engagement of the population in this field must be prepared. The authors conclude that at the confluence of the two elements a better level of the labor force is created and strengthened, the increase of labor productivity and in this way of production, which will also ensure an increase of the incomes of the population, which is the important element of the quality increase work.
