Abstract: In this paper, the authors approach the analysis of final consumption. The methodology follows the components of the final consumption, which is consumption related to public administration and the consumption share corresponding to households. The econometric instruments are expected to provide relevant results for a dataset covering an extended period of time, from 1990 to 2016. The result of model estimation is discussed by the authors.
