Abstract:
With the development of international fragmentation of production and thus the development of trade in part and competent, we need new methodology to estimate a countries trade‟s benefit. In fact, the exported product tends to include more and more foreign imported value added. In this paper, we use HIY methodology and input-output table to estimate China and Japan trade‟s benefit. For that we calculate the domestic value added content on exported goods as trade value added. We also try to estimate some effects of participation on international fragmentation production on their international trade‟s pattern.
