Software Firm Level Innovation in Pakistan

Abstract:
In modern days, the software industry is one of most potential and progressive economic catalyst for any developing country because of its rapid changing nature and potential to provide leapfrogging for developing nations, Pakistan is not an exception. There have been enormous technological innovations made by the human since the science and technology took the deserved respect in human society. In twentieth century, the biggest technological breakthrough was the invention of computers and as a consequence the information technology. Being the first writer of the programming language given the words to the great invention by writing the first customizable and scalable programming language, since then the software started to grow and reached the point where we are experiencing it today. Software are serving us in every field ranging from simple calculations to complex nuclear simulations. The social problems are more understandable then ever using software that are designed to analyze the norms, trends and future predictability as was never before.
