Mediating Role of Motivation between Incentives and Employees’ Job Performance: A Conceptual Paper

Abstract: The paper examines the relationships among incentives, motivation and performance conceptually. The study used theoretical and empirical studies report in deriving the relevant hypotheses related to the variables. Therefore, the paper discusses the relationships and hypothesised the relationships between the variables. It was hypothesised that all the direct relationships in the framework are positive and motivation mediates the relationship between incentives and job performance.
