Nepotism in Impact Employee Performance Evaluation Form with Family Business

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to investigate the causes performance evaluation and career obstacles as a result of nepotism suffered by people working in various places. Even in the new world order despite the fact of institutionalization career confusion emerged with favoritism and nepotism with managers that have applied to employees led them to feel anxiety, they felt they arent assessed by performance evaluation they deserve. From this point this matters has led to curiosity worth investigating in the academic sense. This work is applied 100 people working in public, private and civil society organizations located in the province of Tokat and the results have been demonstrated in the presence of perspective.
