Abstract:
The significant result in using the work satisfaction and the work commitment as the factor that leads to the employee turnover and the using of behavior research on a large scale makes the relationship between the satisfaction and the commitment becoming an interesting subject. Moreover, this research refers to the causal relationship between these two ideas. Using the staff as the subject and the models of the structural division of the required statistic technique leads to the result that indicates a causal sequence from the commitment to the organization that concerns to the work. In order to examine the causal relationship between the commitment of the organization and the satisfaction of the work, this research uses the “Sequential Chi-Square Difference Test†(SCDTs) and other analysis to determine the “most†appropriate model.
