Abstract: The three major faiths have made efforts to discover common ground and define common concepts of recreation in relation to religious organizations. Trends in leadership education, camping, family recreation, and co-operation in community activities indicate the vigor of the religious groups and their aware ness of the values inherent in the use of the increased phases of leisure.
