Private Equity and Venture Capital in China in the Aftermath of the Sino-American Trade Disputes

Abstract: In the last decade, private equity and venture capital funds have shifted to the Asia-Pacific region. This article aims to contribute to the understanding of the trends in fundraising and capital allocation in the context of the US–China trade disputes and, therefore, to fill the gap in the literature on private equity and venture capital industry.
