Abstract:
Normative-behavioural models make it possible to form optimal strategies of urban development with due consideration of random and uncontrollable processes taking place in urban systems, as, for example, occurs with passenger flow distributions. Here a new approach to obtaining optimality conditions for such models is proposed. Corresponding optimisation algorithms are developed and their behaviour is studied.
