Abstract: How the utility level of a resident, the profits of a firm, personal income, city size, and the area for each activity vary in the setting of a multicenter city when transport cost and population size change is examined in this paper. Also, the performances of the endogenous variables both with and without a subcenter are compared in order to evaluate the effects of the establishment of a subcenter. In order to do this, a model of a two-center city is fully developed and is simulated numerically.
