Abstract:
This article examines the role of perceived organizational support as a mediator in the relationship between human resources practices and organizational trust. Analysis of data from a sample of 308 employees from various Indian companies located in the National Capital Region (NCR) indicated that perceived organizational support significantly but partially mediates the relationship between human resource practices and trust in the organization.
