Abstract:
The focus of this study is the examination of the factors that made Bacardi Limited to survive and become the successful multinational corporation today. The study uses the strategic management studies approach in this endeavour. Bacardi Limited is a corporation that has experienced a lot of challenges throughout its history. This study also analyzes the impacts of some of key strategic decisions and policies, innovations and actions of the company. Also, this study analyzes Bacardi Limited during the various eras of its history.
