Abstract: InthisarticletheauthorreviewesASPERPs,ERPimplementationsbasedontheASPmodelduring2000–05withrespecttogenerations,categoriesandtypesofASPs,pricingmodelsandtrendanalysis.Basedonacriticalanalysisoffacts,ithasbeenseenthatASPimplementationsareveryspecifictotheuserindustry,totheregion,tothefeaturesoftheERPproduct,totheneedsoftheorganizationandtothecriticalityoftheapplicationtotheorganization.Theauthortestedthesehypothesesbasedoncaseanalysis.Furtherhestudiedpricingmodelsandcostofimplementationinthelongrun.Itwasseenthatimplementationstrategiesdonoteffectthecostofimplementationsincethevaluechainislongandeachchainhasitsownstructure.Infact,itisspecifictoanorganizationandvendors.
