Corporate Governance Codes in BRICS Nations: A Comparative Study

Abstract: The present work attempts to make a comparative analysis among major corporate governance codes of five emerging economies in this world-Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa on 14 different significant parameters of corporate governance. The similarities and distinguishing features of corporate governance codes of these five nations are reviewed .
