Abstract:
Abstract Corporate governance (CG) and foreign investment (FI) have become integral part of the globalisation process. In the last two-and-half decades of liberalisation and globalisation, the two phenomena have taken different trajectories and perhaps with different catalysts. However, both of them have converged to become an important aspect of corporatisation of the Indian business environment. But, is there any link or relationship between the two? This study examines the relationship between CG and FI in India.
