Abstract: The Central Asian Republics (CARs) constitute one of the most important strategic links in various forms to almost all regions of the world by virtue of occupying the heart of Asian Continent. Being highly volatile and also becoming as hub of terrorism, Central Asia urgently needs attention from countries like India for regional political stability and economic progress.
