Jeffrey S. Sugheir and Kent E. Neupert

Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Emerging Economies, 2017, vol. 26, issue 1, 102-122

Consideration of a substantial offer to buy their business forces the valuation of their largely effectual results, and consideration of alternatives .
