Abstract:
This study focuses on the programmes conducted for entrepreneurial development towards sustainability and value creation from the locally available resources, which in turn contribute to the performance of SMEs. Various programmes, such as employment generation activities and entrepreneurial development efforts, are conducted by the government and NGOs to uplift the economic status of individuals. The key opportunities and solutions for harnessing natural resources under sustainable entrepreneurship development programmes conducted by institutions based in Hyderabad and Rangareddy districts have been discussed. Secondary data collected has been adequately presented with the help of tables and graphs as and where applicable.
