Total Quality in Human Resources Management: An Emerging Perspective

Abstract: Total Quality Management should be applied not just to the production of goods and services, but also, and indeed primarily, to the development of the human resources of an organization. The principles enunciated by Deming, Juran and Crosby all agree on this point.
