Industrial Relations in a Private Limited

Abstract: It is generally believed that the economic situation created by liberalization has had a beneficial effect on industrial relations, particularly in private industries. However, much depends on the relations between management and labour and the attitudes they have to one another in individual establishments. The case recounted here illustrates this important point.
