A Case Study on Lean Six Sigma Cultural Assessment at Timken India Limited, Jamshedpur

Abstract: The main purpose of the study was to revalidate and generate a progress report of the Timken India Limited, Jamshedpur, after having introduced and implemented Lean Six-sigma Culture for a year in the company and also suggest a few recommendations to improve the current score status as obtained.
