Abstract: In recent years, different state Government have increasingly focused on developing web services for information dissemination by introducing new e-services to their citizens. The quality of web design and services provided by them are considered as a competing factor between various Governments. In fact this creates a desired to evaluate and rank different Government web sites. In turn this creates awareness among the various government to improve their web site related issues with respect to self and others. In this case we have used an Integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method as a tool to evaluate and made a rank of different state government web sites of India.
