Abstract:
The latter part of this century has seen the resurgence of Asia as a growing economic power. This paper tries to analyse the reasons behind Asia's meteoric rise as an economic power to reckon with. The most striking part is that in spite of different political affiliations, Asian nations, one by one, have embarked upon almost similar paths of reforms. So we have different nations at different stages of development. As time passes these nations, with constant endeavour are going to be economic power centers. The growing cooperation between Asian nations ensures that the growth of individual nations will manifest itself in growth of Asia as a whole and Asia of tomorrow is going to dictate the next millennium.
