Abstract:
The central theme of this paper is self-managed development of Management Cadres. Self-managed is an exciting, revelational, and evolutional experience. Management being essentially normative, consciousness based management education and development is preferable to the intellect based one. The end result of consciousness-based subjective management is creativity which is essential in conditions of chaos and flux in the management field. Management development is better based on Indian mysticism to acquire the elements of subjectivity and creativity. The ultimate in management development is the Hindu mystical Yogic consciousness.
