Abstract:
Research on the reliability of a hydraulic piston pump is still uncertain. In this article, the matrix random moment method for reliability design was deduced according to vector algebra theory, the reliability design model of friction pairs (the specific work of friction pairs was set as the state function) was established, and a new reliability analysis method was provided for hydraulic equipment. In addition, the variable relational expression of digital characteristics of state function of slipper and swash-plate friction pairs and digital characteristics of random variable was modified into a matrix relational expression to simplify the calculation procedures, and reliability sensitivity information of the slipper and swash-plate friction pairs was obtained based on simulation and contrasted the results with the results from the Monte Carlo method to provide the influence rule and relation curve of the change of design parameters on reliability of slipper and swash-plate friction pairs. The calculation of reliability design and reliability sensitivity analysis of the slipper and swash-plate friction pairs was solved according to computer programmes, thereby providing the theoretical basis for reliability design and reliability sensitivity analysis for slipper and swash-plate friction pairs of hydraulic piston pump.
