Abstract: Daily routines have been found to be effective in reducing problem behaviours in adolescents. Daily Activities for Youth Opportunity (DAY-Opp) were assessed through validity and reliability analyses. The sample consisted of 165 typically developing adolescents (109 girls and 56 boys, mean age 16.06 ± 2.55 years). Differences were analysed using the Mann-Whitney U test with Bonferroni for multiple comparisons. The levels of frequency, independence and satisfaction, which are sub-dimensions of “DAY-Opp,†were evaluated by multivariate linear regression. Cronbach’s alpha internal consistency coefficients of the two-factor structure were used for reliability analysis and the results are as follows: .863 for total scale, .842 for the independence subscale and .861 for frequency. Test-retest reliability was assessed using the ICC. Frequency of 0.903, independence of 0.826, satisfaction of 0.976 and the total scale of 0.801 were obtained. It was found that the average DAY-Opp frequency scores in late adolescence were significantly lower than the averages in early and middle adolescence (χ 2  = 15.320, p
