Abstract:
Over recent years, there has been a significant increase in research exploring the impact of Artificial Intelligence in different business contexts. These intelligent machines can solve complex problems and are fast emerging in the business ecosystem. This study aims to explore the current literature on the sustainability of artificial Intelligence in the service context. In this regard, this study consolidates the extant literature, maps sustainable AI’s performance and intellectual framework, and addresses the extant gap. A corpus of 87 articles was identified using SPAR-4-SLR and was reviewed in-depth through bibliometric and thematic analysis. This study then reveals this arena’s major theories, trends and themes. This study also explores prospective research avenues, offering valuable insights for scholars investigating this subject matter.
