Abstract: In this paper the author surveys the literature on Input--Output Analysis and its importance to Economic Planning . The contents involves: models, policies and plans, input-output frameworks, the construction and uses of social accounting matrix, endogenous investment and dynamic forms, construction and uses of population accounting matrix, sources material for econometric models , and many others related topics.
