Abstract: Lisbon Treaty is one which intended to replace the European constitutional treaty. Its adoption will make an improvement of the Community institutional law system, by coming in force of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. The Charter was proclaimed by the European institutions (European Commission, European Parliament and EU Council) at the Nice European Council dated 07/12/2000 and its contents are set for the first time in a single piece of the overall social rights, economic, civil and political rights that can benefit all citizens.
