Abstract:
The fluctuations of the tourism movement in Romania can be highlighted by the structural change of it principal indicators, the number of tourist arrivals as well as their development trends covering the period of 2000 to 2009. Romania's international tourist flows give an overview of the Romanians outside departures and arrivals of foreigners in Romania. Of these, the paper approaches the tourism flows for Romania on two categories: Romanians and foreign. Also developments are analyzed regarding the foreign tourists arrived in Romania on the basis of geographical areas and countries of origin.
