Abstract: The paper deals with the introduction and the discussion of the concept of Social Life Cycle Assessment (SLCA) – a new methodology which assesses social aspects of all life-cycle steps, from cradle to grave for the products and services. The peoples become more and more interested for the environmental problems and the scientific research have to provide appropriate and useful new tools.
