Abstract: In this paper the authors are trying to outline aspects regarding the budget fiscal policy applied in our country, to the followed coordinates and objectives trough this policy in the year 2009, as well as the orientations of the fiscal and budgeting policies in the next period, meaning 20010-2012. After the study we concluded that as well trough the objectives set to be reached as well as trough the guidelines proposed in the fiscal budget policy for the next period, they aim to ,in particular, maintain the budget deficit and public debts within the limits imposed by the Maastricht Treaty to include the our country in the euro area, as well as the participation in strengthening macroeconomic stability as a source of sustainable economic development.
