GROUP DYNAMICS AND TEAM FUNCTIONING IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT Abstract: In all kind of organization many activities are done by groups and teams. But how are they formed? What factors influence their existence and development? How members of groups and teams are selected? Which are the consequences in organizational context?
